Now offering personal training, just for the ladies!
Most women are aware these days of at least some of the benefits of strength and fitness training. After a couple of years of trying to encourage my clients to begin, I realised that a woman who has never trained, or has not done so for some time, is unlikely to walk into the nearest gym and get started. So I decided to make it my mission to build a space for women to train that was feminine, nurturing, and just for them.
I am now offering 1-1 PT sessions and small group personal training sessions.
Introductory Pricing:
1-1 PT 45 mins $85
1-1 PT 30 mins $60
2-1 PT (bring a friend) 45mins $45 each
Small group PT $30 per session (6 week block commitment, bookings essential)
(Groups currently running Tuesday 6:30am/5:30pm (full); Thursday 9:45am; Saturday 7am)
